Phase I  – The Business Plan

The competition is analysed and a comprehensive plan is developed.  We leverage the emotional connection with the brand.  Product launches are planned in multi-step phases to ensure long-term growth of the brand.  Points of differentiation are established to provide a compelling reason for retailers to buy. Pitfalls are avoided.

Phase 2 – The Pitch

To launch, the ideal approach is determined: individual meetings/powerful events e.g. LIMA to generate hype and enthusiasm. Deals are co-ordinated and closed with sufficient lead time for execution.

Phase 3 – Execution

Product Development – Licensees are monitored to ensure a co-ordinated statement at retail, particularly in the fashion segment.  Catalogues and presentations project a unified collection.
Retail – The most strategic manner of introducing the product concepts to retail is selected with top-level management and buyers. Account specific plans are crafted.  We also meets in conjunction with licensees to close deals and provide promotional overlays and merchandising concepts (POP, signage and displays).  This often overlooked area is approached with creativity and diligence to drive results.
